There has been a heated discussion on the newspaper recently. As is vividly and interestingly depicted in the picture above, in the middle stand two individuals, showing us a striking contrast between two kinds of people: the self-satisfied person with little learning, shaking no to the pot of knowledge; while the other more learned person, thirsting for knowledge, welcomes it with open arms. Apparently, the thought-provoking drawing indicates that people shouldn’t be satisfied with knowledge they have got but need to preserve the attitude of yearning for knowledge.
